Our team trains every day of the week except for Sunday. There are 2 - 4 group training sessions daily, each at 2 hours long. Our professional coaches make an individual training plan for every athlete as no two athletes are the same. It accounts for each fencer's experience level, fitness, competition periodization and much more.
